Cheers to Asahi Europe!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been appointed to deliver an employee activation project for premium beer company, Asahi Europe.

With an impressive portfolio, including global and national beer brands, Peroni Nastro Azzuro, Meantime London Lager, Grolsch Premium Pilsner and Asahi Super Dry, it’s safe to say we’re very excited!

The employee engagement programme ties in with the company’s second anniversary, targeting its 1,900 employees across the UK, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Canada.

We’ve developed a points-based programme, which invites teams to take on six challenges over six weeks and the three teams with the most points at the end receive some amazing prizes. We developed the ideas for the six different challenges and designed and built a dedicated website, which features a portal that works similarly to the Facebook newsfeed as a place for teams to submit posts and share photos throughout the challenge.

We came up with the overarching theme for the challenge, taking inspiration from Asahi Europe’s owner’s Japanese heritage and produced all branding for the project. We are also managing all of the communications and internal marketing around the challenge to ensure that employees are excited and engaged throughout!

 It just so happens that as well as having the skills to deliver the project, we love beer and admire people that brew exceptional beer, so we think we’re the perfect match! Look out for more details in our case study, which will follow soon…
